Ingredients for Keto Chicken Broccoli Casserole:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Add broccoli, garlic, and onion to the same skillet and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
